Kelsey is a dedicated osteopath who recently completed her Osteopath Diploma, marking an exciting transition from her background in massage therapy. With over three years of intensive study and hands-on training, she has gained expertise in a variety of techniques, including Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Technique (MET), Visceral Manipulation, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Ligamentous Articular Strain (LAS).
Kelsey has a particular passion for working with infants and clients experiencing chronic pain. She takes a holistic approach to osteopathy, treating the body as a whole rather than focusing solely on isolated areas of discomfort. Her goal is to promote long-term healing, improve overall health, and provide personalized care tailored to the individual needs of each client.
Massage
Kelsey Bartlett graduated with an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy from Algonquin College in the spring of 2018. With her strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and caring nature, Kelsey is committed to providing exceptional care and building lasting connections with her clients. She enjoys working with a wide variety of individuals and is always eager to continue learning to better serve the community.
Kelsey has pursued additional specialized training to expand her skill set, including completing a 9-day course through the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy. This comprehensive course covered the four components of Complete Decongestive Therapy, and Kelsey obtained her certificate after completing modules in Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD), Compression Therapy, Exercises, and Skincare.
Kelsey has a particular interest in performing MLD treatments for clients suffering from edema, including those affected by various cancers. She has also worked with individuals who have undergone abdominoplasty surgeries, as MLD can significantly benefit their post-surgery recovery. Kelsey is dedicated to helping her clients manage and reduce their symptoms, promoting long-term wellness and comfort.
