The health and safety of our clients and staff is our top priority, as we adapt to the new changes that COVID-19 has brought, please review our current policies and procedures before attending the clinic.

We are currently asking all patients to please come to their appointments alone, unless assistance is required.

All patients are required to wear a mask when they enter the building, please bring one with you. 

You will be asked to sanitize your hands prior to entering the building.

Our main doors are now open, we ask that upon arrival you check in on the tablets in lobby. We ask that you arrive no sooner then 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment as we have limited waiting room space.

All new patients will be required to complete the intake package prior to their appointment, we will be contacting you via email with this information once the appointment is booked. 

On the day of your appointment, please consider the following:

  1. Do you have a fever, new onset of a cough, worsening chronic cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, sore throat, runny nose/sneezing, nasal congestion, hoarse voice, difficulty swallowing, decrease or loss of sense of smell or taste, chills, headaches, unexplained fatigue/malaise, diarrhea, abdominal pain or nausea/vomiting
  2. Have you or anyone in your household been told to isolate?
  3. Do you currently have a confirmed case of COVID-19 or had close contact with someone with a confirmed case of COVID-19?
  4. Have you or anyone in your household travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days.

If you answered yes to any of these please cancel your appointment - either email or call us to reschedule.
